I help people with ADHD clear ‘the noise’ and live life confidently and joyfully on their own terms.

If you’re overwhelmed, depleted and tired of battling ADHD challenges… then I can help.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface and:

  • Clarify what's taking up space in your life.

  • Free up time for the things that genuinely support your wellbeing and fuel your mind.

  • Reduce the mental, emotional and physical clutter so life feels lighter, calmer and more like your own.

  • Introduce guilt-free rest and create a flexible rhythm that taps into the source of your energy.

If you want to reconnect with what matters most, and release what’s getting in the way…

ADHD Coaching

Coaching offers a supportive space to look at what’s overwhelming in your life and move through it in a way that works for you. I'll help you create more space, time, rest and energy, so you can make decisions with confidence and build a life that feels like yours.

Decluttering

Decluttering is rarely just about the stuff. As you clear your space, we’ll look at what’s coming up and the areas of life where your ADHD is draining you. Combining body doubling with compassionate coaching, we'll create space inside and out.

Workshops

Supportive, practical and inclusive, my workshops offer space to learn, reflect and connect with others. Incorporating mind-body practices such as breathwork and EFT tapping, sessions are experiential and offer real-world tools for getting more from everyday life.

About me

Caroline standing in a kitchen, relaxed.

Hi, I’m Caroline (she/her).

I'm a registered Functional Medicine health coach, helping overwhelmed ADHDers step out of the struggle and into a life that works for them.

For years, I lived in stress-fueled overdrive until burnout stopped me filling my days with constant busyness. Only then did I take the suspicion I had ADHD seriously. And when I did, everything finally began to turn around.

As I started listening to what my body and mind needed on a deeper level, life became so much easier. I realised the path back to health, energy and peace of mind wasn't about trying harder, it was about letting go of attitudes and systems that weren't designed for me and embracing a life that I’d built for myself.

That's what I now help my clients do. Combining Functional Medicine, ADHD coaching, mind-body techniques and a passion for simple living, I help you uncover what's driving the overwhelm, understand what your brain and body need, and create a life that’s uniquely yours.

The result? More energy, more ease, and more capacity for the people and things that matter most.

What my clients say…

“Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable.”
